In this show we have the final lot of interviews we recorded at fanfest. This is a special episode for all you people who are considering applying for a job with CCP games. The first thing you should do is check the CCP Jobs page. There you will find information regarding the current vacancies for CCP. First up we talk to David Bockman the HR manager for CCP North America and Whitewolf. CCP are looking to hire people to work on both EVE 'the other project'. Of course you don't just speak to HR managers to get the unbridled truth about working for a company, so we then have a chat with recently employed developers CCP Atropos and CCP Tryphon, You may know them better with the names they had before they were Dev's, as they were Hinik and Ifni. If you are looking to work at CCP, you chances will be helped by being part of the volunteers program. Four of his elves were sick, and the trainee elves did not produce the toys as fast as the regular ones so Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule. Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her mom was coming to visit. This stressed Santa even more. When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out, heaven knows where. More Stress. Then when he began to load the sleigh, one of the boards *****ed and the toy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys. So, frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of coffee and a shot of whiskey. When he went to the cupboard, he found the elves had hidden the liquor and there was nothing to drink. In his frustration, he dropped the coffee pot and it broke into hundreds of little pieces all over the he kitchen floor. He went to get the broom and found that mice had eaten the straw it was made from. Just then the doorbell rang and Santa cussed on his way to the door. He opened the door and there was a little angel with a great big Christmas tree. The angel said: "Where would you like to put this tree Santa?" And that my friends, is how the little angel came to be on top of the Christmas tree. PS Bump :)

DoesnÆt surprise me TBH. Your CV is probably in a stack with a bunch of others, some of which are probably 'better' than yours for the few openings that CCP has. I would at least keep sending in updated copies of your CV. If you can't get a response out of Kieron, try someone else (HR manager maybe?). Ask what you could do to make yourself a better candidate for employment. Keep at it until you get a substantial answer, but don't bother them enough to make yourself an annoyance. Just my $.02 As far as the podcast, when are we getting episode 25? I'm fully aware that my CV would probably be somewhere around the bottom of the pile when being considered for a position of CCP. I don't expect I'd get a job there over someone with more experience or who has a degree (I'm still doing mine) or that I'd even be considered for a job above tea boy. The problem is that they didn't even acknowledge receiving my CV after sending them multiple mails on the issue over the course of several months AND getting Kieron to look into it. I'm clearly not the only one that got ignored by their HR department, either. My experience was that the entire process was a waste of time, I may as well have printed my CV out and eaten it. After months of being ignored and not wanting to pester them about it, I gave up and haven't gotten the motivation since then to consider bothering again. At least Microsoft had the decency to let me know they'd received my CV and then later to let me know I'd been turned down. Eve-Tanking.com - We're sorry, something happened.
