Since Trinity the miners in my (small) corp have been complaining about their mining crystals popping 10-20 times more often than pre-patch. In fact some of the guys who mine the most are saying they are losing 2-3 crystals in a average mining session (~3 hours).
Before the patch we were losing crystals maybe once every couple of weeks.
Anyone else noticing this? My corp is finding it highly annoying.

You know, I was mining mercoxit yesterday and found that my mercoxit II crystal popped VERY fast! Wonder what's up here?

good, might actually be worth it to put my t2 mining crystal bpo's back into production if that's the case.

Though if they are popping that fast, are they really worth the current price?

yeah, thanks to invention patch (whichever one made it so that you can create 100-run ammo charge bpcs) prices have fallen considerably (spelling?).

yeah, well, unfortunately invention has spouted a whole new generation of dumb-ass producers that are selling t2 stuff at cost or even at a loss .

Today I mined for a while and didn't see any additional damage on my crystal. Yesterday I added .20 dmg in the same timeframe and popped one, then put another .20 on a new crystal.
Weird.
