I was shooting at a corpmate that was in a t3 cruiser. They ejected so i kept it pointed so my friend could come hop in to it.
They docked up and then left the corporation, and his ship became part of a different corporation. Since i still had a warp scrambler on the t3 cruiser, I instantly became criminal and got concorded.
Would this be considered an exploit on their part? |

If they ragequit the corp because you attacked them, they may or may not have been intentionally trying to get you concorded. However, in this situation, file a petition and CCP will replace the ship you lost generally, because it IS an exploit to do this on purpose.
You will probably not be able to have the T3 that you had pointed back, however, which is a shame :( |

Aggression bugs best bugs(in this case you should have had aggro against the pilot which overrides the corp one which got invalidated). |

You only need to have a ship targeted to keep people from getting into it.

From what i understand he scrambled it just in case someone is somehow able to jump in and fly away with the t3. |
