Pretty much what I'm doing every Xmas 
1) Family dinner and get together until around 23:00
2) Meet up with all my friends at 23:30 downtown to party until the early morning hours
...and if an asteroid really hits the earth it will save me from that major hangover I suffer every single 25th December.

chances are, people will survive somewhere to rebuild from the remains.
Therefore, as a re-enactor, my intention will be to grab a suit of plate armour, and be fully set up with sword (I'll have the edge sharpened on a bench grinder beforehand), helm, etc.
I don't believe that this will protect me, but what it does mean is that, if I'm lucky, a future generation of archaeologists will get really, really confused, when they search through the archaeological layer of ruins from the Q-B boundary impact event (or whatever they call it) and find something that should'nt have been there for half a millennium.
it'll really mess with the textbooks.

as for my last day on earth, i want the following menu:
(funny menu)
- kill my neigba (to get the feeling)
- have sex with his wife (she's hot)
- steal my neigba¦s car (bastard got an Audi A5)
- have sex again with his wife (she's hot)
(the real menu)
- i'd probably just panic so much, that i would run around the hood screaming "THE CAKE IS A LIE !!!" "THE CAKE IS A LIE !!!" for a while,
- then i would sit around the coner, thinking "What am i doing !?!"
- after trully realize that it was the end of it all, i'd convo my friends, steal some drinks, and have a party at my house, and then watch the fireworks.
- and when it was about to end, we're all scream "YAAARRR !!"
