I am looking to upgrade my monitor, currently a 17" soyo lcd monitor. I am looking for something in the 20" - 22" range, Widescreen LCD. So far I have looked at some Acers and viewsoncis. I was wondering if anyone would suggest a specific brand or even model?

This is the monitor I'm going to be getting when my next instalment of student loan comes through. Who needs books when you can have a big pimping screen like this? --------------------------------------------------------------------

Edited by: annoing on 25/12/2007 01:38:05 This is the monitor I have.. works damn good for all my games: COD4, Counter Strike S, BF2/2142 etc. I love the 5 pre-set modes, means all my stuff is ready at the press of a button. The only thing thats sh1te is the built in speakers, complete pants. Just turn them off and everything is just fine fine fine...

I use a 22" Acer 2223wd, and can recommend it for its good quality and low price. I'm buying a 22" Samsung in a couple of days, though, because the Samsung does have better image quality even if costs 80$ more.
Depends on what you want to spend.
