Eff HP means nothing in missions, unless you have a logistics ship repping you.

FAIL. OMG utter and irrefutable FAIL !!!11oneeleven.
Navy aurogor should be used for one thing and one thing only. Pirate bait :P. Get a low grade slave ( if you can afford it ), or even without it. Fit anything that fits on highs after lows and meds ( nosses or neuts would be nice tbh ).
med 10 mn mwd, small cap booster warp disruptor.
1600mm plates, untill you cant fit them anymore.
800mm plates, untill you cant fit them anymore.
eanms and damage control II
3 x trimark rigs
You can get enormous armor hp on it with hull upg 5 which is a must, also cruiser lvl5, and engineering lvl5 and compensations at lvl4 at least

While it indeed is a decent bait/haul ship, something tells me you don't fly one very often?
Oh, and this is one of the few ship that can utilize regenerative platings.

32k armor, 83-72-68-66 resists
final thoughts, get an armageddon, its cheaper

My setup gets about 32,000 armor with 70%+ resists in all categories.
Mids include 2x Sensor Booster 1x Warp disruptor II
Use small artillery on it (frigate size). Now you are an AWESOME pirate bait hvy tackler on any low-sec gate.
If you fly faction...they will come...
