I'm a vegetarian, so fortunately I don't have to suffer turkey for the next 2 weeks. Enjoy people and remember; a turkey is for life, not just for Christmas.

Just got home from a roast at my mom's. Tomorrow I'm sure it'll be something excellent at my dad's as my stepmom is a awesome cook.

I had Christmas EVE Dinner. Turkey, Cornbread Stuff, Mashed Potatoes, Bacardi 151, Jose Cuervo Tequila, White Wine, Cognac...Very merry christmas

Since we celebrated christmas yesterday (december 24th) here in Norway I ate pork carcass, with extras....

I would be looking forwards to christmas dinner  but i have a chest infection.
Hoping that getting drunk later will stop the pain but , i dont even feel like drinking tbqh.

couple of hours for me yet, I'm off to my sister's house where the whole family is meeting for Christmas. I'm expecting arguments but as they'll not involve me then that's just part of the fun.

Six Kilos of semi-boneless rib roast. (I gave the store manager a good what-for because he didn't have a proper bone-in)
Smeared with a mash of EVOO, garlic, fresh thyme, and sea salt.
Baked Potaters
Baked Seafood Macaroni and Cheese.
Bacon and mushrooms with baby spinaches.
Yorkie Pudds.
We kept it simple this year. I like it that way. Hearty and artery clogging.
