Hi im looking for a minmatar char!
He needs to be a pvp specced char and i would like him to have +40 mill SP
If hes a good hybrid i wouldnt say no if its good!

minnie hacs recons commands
gall hacs recons commands
using both t2 weapons to boot..
re training lvl 5 minnie bs as i lost it doh! then he can fly carrier / dread already started training skills so you know im not lying
he has hics skill book in but not trained also electronic attack frigs
he can fly maurauders and black opps just needs skill books
he is minnie spec with gallente secondary
pure pvp char but do you have the budget for him ??
