not even any snowflakes on the login screen... and that damn weird star is still there...

Terribly disappointed, yes.
Because other people are always responsible when my expectations are not met. My expectations are never too high or just plain unrealistic. No, if my expectations are disappointed it has to be the fault of those I put those expectations on.
Even if I am not telling anyone what I expect, it has to be fulfilled. It has to or I will be terribly disappointed.

If you would compare eve to that 'other' game it certainly falls short in the Christmas department.
