RA and alt associates would be helpless against the inhabitants of the drone regions (roadkill, smash, chaos incarnate, atlas)...
if they attack it will be with the help of the goonswarm or they'll fail

sure the pew pew is fun... 
but you'd have to consider as to why RA would:
a) want the arse end of Eve that Geminate is
b) want to chew through RoadKill and Smash and Atlas and CI and others previously blue to gain aforementioned cr*p space.
still... I suppose lots of standings resets are a coming soon all over Eve.

Last time RA attacked SMASHKILL (according to the forums of course), there were no casualties on either side, but BoB lost 9 dreads that day to RA. Coincidence?

Afaik no pewpew /very little has been had.
On the other hand, it is scientifically proven that pewpew is good for you. Longer life/laughing/pewpew/etcetc.

Wait... so, if SMASH is a dead alliance and RA is a dead alliance, then isn't that like a pack of zombies versus another pack of zombies? That doesn't make any sense!
Unless RA were Vampires, but why would Vampires want to suck the blood of zombies? Or maybe we're like the Robots in "I, Robot" with Wil Smith, but then who's Wil Smith? Are we the cool, self-aware robot and Wil Smith is RK? That'd make Atlas Dr Calvin, right? Is Chaos Incarnate Hobbes then? Where does BoB fit into the picture? I'm so confused

RK/Smash will warp a 60 man fleet in at 130k and slow boat to the gate as RA kills them all.
One or the other for sure though.
On a more serious note:
RA is not what it was back in the day when they had literally 1 system and had to fight tooth and nail to keep it all day every day. Since then I haven't seen RA do much but do their best to farm and sell isk and get into a few capital fights here and there. Given all that, consider that these guys INVENTED using non-intended game mechanics to their advantage. They would likely murder Smash/RK in a big way, even now at their decreased scariness level.
Smash/RK have been unimpressive as enemies thus far, and, having fought RA at the peak of the logoffski-pos-spam-f*g-mobile days, I can say for sure that even at 50% of their former power RA would annihilate Smash/RK.
At the very least they would annoy and cheat them to death.
This prolly isn't happening, but if it were damn would that sh*t be funny.

RK/SMASH & Freinds cannot handle the local yokel's in the region, ask ENH. They get owned every night against ENH (Don't lie RK/SMASH) it's not quick ganks or hauler noobs not reading intel chat, it's your 30-50 man fleets going to bwf gate getting owned cause you got no answer to ENH's armor rep fleet.
When ya manage to get 3 times the enemy's numbers after they done killed some of you guys 2-3 times they might leave. RK is a barebones alliance being held up by SMASH and when the shat hits the fan SMASH will set the puppy loose in the forest and the abdominable snowman will eat your bones and use your ears as rabbits foot...lol...pe pe la pewpew...I smell a stinky alliance going down the toilet.
