Must admit I haven't checked the new patch, but patch notes mention nothing.
If you fit 1400mm (perhaps other weapons too) on a tempest, you don't get any dmg modifier bonus. You don't get any optimal or falloff range bonus either. If you unfit dmg mods and fit them again, you get the dmg mod - but still not the range mods. And it also seems like the guns don't get any sort of ROF bonus from the dmg mods at all - even after unfitting/fitting to get dmg mod bonus.

One thing i have seen is that if you are useing 2 gyroII you will only get bonus for 1. and if you use optical and gyro II the same thing will happen. Have you seen if it¦s the same for you?

I didnt look at damage modifiers, but I have noticed that with mid-slot trackers (in my case optical tracker), my guns range will be modified when I activate the tracker, but my guns tracking speed does not get modified Is this just graphical or is the tracking speed actually not getting modified

Just graphical(it's believed). The tracking stats will be update once you've activated the TC and fired a shot with the gun.

I just chcked this out. With 0 gyro 2 I had a certain dmg mod, with 1 I got about 0.5 more, with another one another 0.5. So it all looks good.
But a thing I forgot to mention - another bug if you like - is, that after switching ships/relogging, I only have optimal range 21 km with emp instead of higher. I get the higher one if I unfit the ammo and fit it again.
This looks like the bug mentioned in another post though - about skills being taken into effect as if they were lvl 1. Should be fixed now.
