no cuz most of the ones i ran into where in rookie ships and they are free would relly do no good to blow them up but would make you feel good that you got to kill an isk seller

CCP should make it so you can't make those stupid random letter names...I say put out a notice that you're deleting out those kinds of accounts, give those with that god awful names to petition saying they're not isk sellers or etc...you may ask? Can't anyone just say they're not...well CCP can review their logs and look at their transactions, see if they're giving people isk...daily...and etc...there's a lot CCP could do to stop the isk sellers...I know it's hard and don't expect them to...but if we want the problem solved, there are ways of having it done.

I say let the playerbase police their own.
a small 'report spam' addition to the right-click menu...
if enough people report someone, their account gets CCP's attention, and if they find them guilty... well...
then Conconrd will not protect them anymore, even in high-sec.
and perhaps killing them could even increase your sec-status?
would work for ISK sellers as well as ISK buyers, and spammers ;-)
but anyway, whomever sticky'd this topic, probably *meant* to lock it, but deep down, they want us to not petition them, as it's just a bunch of more work (for them), with very little payoff...

The only problem with killing a player with a name similar to "asdfklj", or whatever, that is less than two weeks old is that you're only killing a trial account and, if not, you're only killing an alt character that will be terminated after spamming all the "Buy ISK from us" EVE-mails. So, yeah it's cool that you got one, and it is quite entertaining, but not really effective is making them go away.
