This is a major bummer, both EON magazine and Kieron at CCP wanted pictures of the fairies.
Ian at EON has sent EON 2008 wall planners and Kieron has instructed the EVE store to send free swag. So we'll have some raffle prizes.
McLearen can you let me know what's involved in catering and whether we can get a big screen to show the eve tourney?

OK so far I have some wall planners from EON, no swag from CCP yet. will remind Kieron tonight.
There will be a small per head fee for food on the night, details to follow, shouldn't be expensive. Cheaper than nipping out to 'Subway' probably.

I'm in Glasgow, so bringing a laptop is no great issue.
