So lets say im using an ECM Burst I which has a jam str of 6 to all kinds of sensor types. What will be my jam chance vs a ship which has 10 sensor str ? Could u provide me any formula how to calculate it please ? Thank you.

Jammer Strength/Target Sensor Strength * 100
Above forumla is for a single jammer. Jammer's do not stack instead they each have a single roll.
For example - jam strength of 2.5 versus a ship with sensor stength of 10 (the poor poor fool) yields a single 25% chance to jam. 4 Jammers yields 4 25% chances to jam with a 31% chance the target WON'T be jammed per cycle.
Theoritically, a dedicated ECM boat with good racial jammers and t2 jammer upgrades/rigs can perma jam a frigate with one module. Realistically however you can get about a 50% chance to jam a cruiser and 30% chance to jam a BS with multispecs and good skills.

Pretty much.
If you really want a formula...
X = Attacking Jam Strength Y = Defending Sensor Strength
(X/Y) = Fractional chance of jam
Some like to make this a tad more failsafe and help implenting it into an algorithm by:
(1-(1-X/Y)^1)*100 = Chance to jam in percent.

Haha thank u tho i didnt really mean formula. My bad of using wrong words. More question tho : how does fallof range get into calculations for an ECM Burst? Example 5km opt+5km base fallof it has. What if a ship is at 10km ?How u change the calculation of Jam str/Ship sensor str(i know weaps get an 50% penalty to dmg if ure shooting at fallof*1 range so its the same or no) ?

Falloff counts the same as for anything else. Inside optimal jammers and bursts always hit but they do not always jam. In falloff you are contending with a partial chance to jam and a partial chance to hit, leaving you with a VERY low chance of doing anything useful with that module.

So 1st dice roll=50% that it misses and IF it hits THEN the jam calculations begin right(i like confirmation ) ?

Yep. With bursts you calculate against each ship in the burst range. Generally speaking bursts are not terribly likely to jam and they have a short range. If I had to just pick one burst to carry it would be the gallente racial since they're generally going to be close enough to be in the burst range. I'm not sure if the burst works on drones though, but Smartbombs are a better solution to those anyway.

Also, bursts don't jam, they only break locks.
