Made some updates and corrections to the deposits list. I've also changed the 1.5T hard cap to a soft cap. I am actually approaching the cap, at which point I will be directing all new loan inquiries towards BMBE.

I've re-opened deposits and made a few changes to loan contracts, mainly around defaults.
- A loan default constitutes interest payments are not made in full for two consecutive months, including making up previous shortfalls
Changed from 3 months to 2 months. This does not affect current running loans and contracts. This is only for future contracts.
- In the event of a default, the collateral will be liquidated to re-pay investors and make up for missed interest payments if possible. Any left over isk will be taken as my fee
I've bolded an important part in hopes to motivate people not to default. I hate liquidating, it's a huge pain in the butt. So please try not to do it.

I will be paying interest on all bonds late this evening. I am doing these early because I suspect I will be busy with other commitments when the 1st of the month rolls around.
I will also be reducing the 1.5 Trillion isk soft cap down to 1 Trillion with a potential reduction down the road. I will be jump starting another project which will take a toll on my available time. I am also working on building a web based interface for my clients to follow their investments with me. It is nowhere near ready, but I felt I should give you guys a heads up about it. It will make things easier for both my clients and I.

Is it fixed ammount of ISK or it is % value of the whole investment ?

Because the situations vary greatly for contract to contract I've specifically not listed a set rate. I base the fee based on how much time and work I have to put in in order for fulfil the contract. Generally speaking for the bonds I'd say the rate has been 1% on average. For deposits there is no administration fee.

I'm guessing you don't actually know what a Ponzi scheme is. Had this been one, I would have let it keep growing and cashing out at the peak. Instead of doing the opposite by down sizing and refusing new money coming in like I'm currently doing.
Maybe I'm just bad at this game.

Added the option of trust funds to the public. It's something I've already been doing for friends for a few years, so now I'm opening this option to the public. More information will be added to that section in the near future, for now if there are any questions you may post them here or mail me.
I've also closed deposits while I down size my operation. They will be closed while I think about what kind of cap I'd like to set on deposits.
I'd also like to get some input from anybody who accidentally reads my thread, if there are any services you would like to see down the road.

If this was a scam, I'm am terrible at scamming. I've been down sizing the operation for the last 2 months, that includes denying new isk from deposits as well as reducing the amount of loans. I've slowly been reducing the total size from 1.5 trillion down to about 1 trillion. I'm just trying to manage less isk as well deal with fewer clients. This has been an on going personal project that I've invested a lot of time and thought into. So the compliment is appreciated.

If Grendell is pulling a scam, I would hope he is going for something a little bigger than this....I would be severely disappoint if it was only a few hundred billion.
