Hello everyone!
I am very new to this game but from what I see its awesome! I had a question from you guys though, can anyone give me any cool systems or things to see and explore? I also had another question, when are the outer systems going to be avaible to exploration?

By outer systems, do you mean Jove Space or 0.0 space in general? If it's the former, I have no idea. If it's the latter, they are open but you must deal with the player alliance claiming sovereignty for that particular region you wish to enter.
Some of the alliances don't play nicely with others. Some may let you in for a fee. Others may accept you with open arms.

Thanks for the map. What I meant was when I tried to jump to one of the systems that just had some number and letters for a name, no words, it wouldnt let me make a destination to there.

Maybe you typed it in wrong, because there''s nothing blocking you from going there. Just be advised that in 0.0 space you are on your own. Concord isn''t there to protect you. Equip a micro warp drive or something to help you escape from them.

I tried my hand at exploring for the first 4 months of Eve (been here since beta5). I learned a few things:
1) If your going to explore do it in a Frigate (and have 2 MWD's)
2) Arm your ship but don't plan on using it much unless another frigate wants to engage you or you want to be naughty and take out a Indy  .
3) Don't plan on finding much stuff in the 0.0 systems outside of Amarr space. Most POI's are near or in Amarr space.
4) Did I mention make sure your ship is fast. 
If you have a fast ship (2000m per sec or faster) you will have no trouble running any blokade. Have fun and good luck.

There are a couple of blocks of space that you can't get into, Jove space, polaris space (which I can't ever seeing opening up) and a big ol block over on the right of the map, those regions are currently inaccessible but maybe opened up in the future.
The rest of the map is open and there is *alot* of space to explore. There are also alot more POI's (points of interest) emerging in deep 0.0. I've only checked in one particular region (top rightish of the map) but there are alot of wrecked stations and other things appearing up there. That said these are *alot* harder to find than before, your talking 15000k to get to a wreck with a few low end frigate spawns. If there is anything more valuable out there I don't know, but I suspect it would be very untrivial to get too.

Yes, bring your wepaons of mass destruction out there, you'll need them
