Gonna be harsh but fair. Its not a bad vid, but neither is it a good one. The thing we crave and how we define good eve videos nowadays, is by seeing something we dont see everyday in our own game lives. Videos where great victorys are acheived, using expensive ships many of us are dont have the isk too continually support and pvp with.
So i say it wasnt bad, but its stuff we generally all do day in day out, nothing special, and thats why its not good either.

not too shab at all mate. got better when you sorted the res out- was that a case of dropping your game res from SXGA to XGA+? Dunno about the choice of font, but otherwise pretty enjoyable- good soundtrack.

you forgot a few things in the x-r3 battle.
there was something with a doomday and i know you didn't get many cva/friends but more of your own

Very well put. I agree.
Aside from that, points of improvements would definately be the resolution, and the font. I liked some of your other movies better (maybe because I was still in them :P)

Overall I liked this movie.
Ive never been a fan of belt kills due to their nature of ppl usually using cap recharging/npc tank etc.
But you included some fleetbattles too, which is what I like to see, even if CVA was on the reciving end this time
As for the movie itself;
I liked the music (espesially the first tune, had some c64 vibrato tones in the background so i had to love it i guess), and the way you presented each scene.
Some ppl dont like text and a presentation of the next scenario, but personally I looooove it.
Cool intro too before the movie itself starts.
All in all a movie that gets a thumbs up.
PS: yeah I agree with the sentiments of a cleaner overview!  But whatever works for you I guess |

Yep, i agree, it annihalated many of our side, but also many of yours. I can't comment more on that because i don't know..
@ The other pplz, thanks for the good comments, i am glad i got the resolution sorted. What i did was took the resolution to 1152x864 instead of 1280x1024. because fraps maximum is 1152x864 in full mode, any more than that would mean that it automatically halves the resolution.

For video editing software i'd recommend Ulead Video Studio 11 (what i use)
But, if you're more pro at this sorta stuff, then you can get "Aw3zom 3d1tin sk33lz" by using Adobe Premier pro or Sony vegas

thought so... SXGA = 1280x1024, XGA+ = 1152x864
as for software, I recommend making use of pretty much the full adobe suite for a really polished finish.

no dual-core? get it and that'll bring up ur max res for fraps...
