This is a Carebear character, or at least a good start to one. Currently has 17.5 million skill points, and is not training anything at present (I have already started up a new character on the same account).

Highlights:
Production Efficiency 5, Advanced Mass Production 4, Capital Ship Construction 3. Can build Carriers, Dreads and Freighters!
Gallente Freighter 4
Exhumers 5
All ore processing skills at 4 (except for Mercoxit, which is at 3). Refinery Efficiency lvl 5.
Advanced Learning skills at 4 (except for Charisma, but it's Charisma so no-one cares). Good, balanced set of attributes (23/20/19/21/24).
Evasive Maneuvering, Spaceship Command and Advanced Spaceship Command all at 5 (good for align time / running from nasty piwates  )
Can fly Gallente Transport Ships.
Notes:
This character is close to being able to fly the Rorqual Capital Mining Ship. Should only need one or two weeks training for you to be in one.
Reasonable set of Trade skills, but could do with a bit of work (I was never any good at trading, my brain doesn't want to work that way)
Just needs the specialization skills to be able to use small and medium T2 drones.
Has Metallurgy 5, so you can train Scrapmetal Processing straight away.
Needs some shield skills training if you want to use him to tank-mine in 0.0.
This character has no body. Seriously. It's pretty awesome. I mean, look at it! LOOK!
Comes with a full set of +3 implants, and is located in Domain region in high-sec. Character has 0.1 sec status (IIRC). Also has a positive (but small) balance in his wallet.
You can have a T2 fitted Hulk as well with this purchase. Fitting is something like 3 T2 strips and crystals, scanner and T2 mining upgrades, it mines SILLY AMOUNTS.
