ratters are welcome until you join pvp gang.
Several pvp pilot make isk by ratting so see no problem.
However if we have CTA or you never join pvp gang, then scoopex is not for you.

1yr, 10mil skillpoints. Can fly Minmitar BS, BC, Electonic attack frigs, Covert ops, Assault frigs, Industrial. Training for recon ships atm.
Fairly new to pvp but enthusiastic. Done solo hurrcane and suicide frigs so far. 2 kills, 1 assist, 2 bcs lost, a few frigs lost. Current corp not doing 0.0 which is what I'm looking for
