It is obiviously not in Period Basis yet the defiant MC are maitaining soverenity over it. How can the rest of Eve, i.e. the goons, stand by and watch these self titled tortugians claim space beyond PB? It's entertaining to say the least to see how the bandwagon tip toes around MC like it's freakin Cambodia. As i see it MC has only one righteous way to make peace with the rest of eve, and that's to hand over the constellation to the nearest bandwagoner... call it war repriations for the years MC did BOB's dirty work, or just a good faith gester to goons & Co.
