As of downtime today, COW has reset standings to all of EVE. New red and blue list will be sorted on a case by case basis, Happy New Year.  Be wary, for we are honourable and deadly.
Also, we are still angry goons destroyed our M-M Cow statue.
ps. We have chinese speaking liason officers, so once KOS gets kicked out, you have a warm home waiting!
edit: after further consideration, we have set the entire universe -10
