I do not understand what modules are affected by this skill (electronics upgrades)
it says: e.g. signal amplifier, Co-Processors and backup sensor array.
So they should be:
-sensor boosters?
-cpu?
-and, what are backup sensor array? (eccm maybe?)
I'd like to know something more about this skill and if it is worth to train it to lvl5.

Sensor boosters give better range for target locking as well as faster locks.
CPU Co-processors....well, you'll be able to use T2 and Faction modules with higher levels of Elect. Upgrades.
ECCM - Electronic counter counter-measures - increases the sensor strength of your ship, making it more resistant to someone pulling out the ECM on you. (ECM is chance based, figuring in the strength of ship sensor vs. jammer strength)
Also, certain ships and skills will have Electronic Upgrades 5 as a pre-req. Until you find one of those that you just *have to have*, don't kill yourself training to 5.

Train it to V, so you can fly cov ops/EAS, then later recons.

is it wirth it to train to lvl5? yes, IF you plan/want to use cloaks(pretty much a must for cov ops/BS/half the recon cruisers/BOBS) , electronic attack ships, go into exploration(needed for hacking) or move into invention(need hacking for the encryption skills).
is it worth it for the bonus? well, if you find you are 1-2 cpu short for fitting that sensor backup cluster/signal amplifier(only 2 modules that are affected by it iirc) and appearantly that does happen to some people on some ships, but that doesnt realy happen that often..
