In the 2007th year the 4th year of eve online was the year of...
Year of the fresh, many ships from teir 3 battleships to to tech 2 capitols to how wars are fought and won.
Year of the new, many improvments for those joining our ranks without dumbining down
of the game!
Year of the Rat, picking though wrecks for that extra profit.
Year of the cheetah, the high speeds deamons plaged the lands with lethal speeds.
Year of the Pimp, pimping the rides with deadspace modules and rigs.
Year of the Drones, for they claimed land of thier own and the tamed ones got thier long promised upgrade.
Year of the Promised land of Trinity, the graphics alone made some cry.
Year of the Barren Land as the wants of going to 0.0 lessen by the patch.
Year of the Khanid, as they now rockors with thier short range missiles and amors
Year of the Scientific mind, as the invention opens tech 2 market to all.
Year of the empires, raised and fell changing the face of eve forever.
Year of the titans whove volcanic impatcts humbeled down to cold mountains
Year of the capitol, its the new black
Year of the outpost, now comes with addons!
Year of the boost (uhm dont remember any good ones)
Year of the nerf (plenty of those)
Year of the CCP for making this great game greater
Year of the player for putting up with it. :P
Tomarrow we look to better lands of factional war and planet surfraces and further improved combat and a bigger universe.

Lets not forget..
Year of the Houdini, or the boot.ini rather. 
Year of the Volunteers, ISD forum mod and in game volunteers got thanked and a fond farewell.
Year of the Revelations, and Trinity too.

A lot of the stuff you got listed there happens every year. 2007 had a lot of good and bad, so its definitely been one of the most interesting.
The end result I think is very marginalized, when you take into account everything thats happened. Whether it comes out slightly ahead or behind will depend on who you ask. I'm a bit interested in doing a year in review type analysis but the sheer amount of stuff to consider is daunting.
