I understand that if i'm in a .4 system or lower and attack a fellow player, I will get no interfearance for CONCORD etc, but how does it work with the systems 1.0 to 0.5. Is it a time dely, as in the responce in a 1.0 sys is say 2 secs untill CONCORD kill you and in a 0.5 it 5 mins or something else.

0.4 and lower is no Concord interferance. Sentryguns when placed at gates do attack.
0.5-1.0 time delays do not exist, Concord always comes very fast.

Similarly, can i attack someone that is gate camping witha -7.0 sec rating in a 0.3 system and not get attacked by the sentry guns myself.
Also can i pod him without taking a security status hit.

Thats a yes.
Technically you can attack anyone, anywhere with under -5.0, but to be safe, make sure their sec is under -5.1.

0.5 to 1.0 is definately affecting concord response time...ask a GM......they will also tell you...concord responds alot slower in 0.5 space...I personally have been shot literally dozens of times in 0.5 and 0.6 and the player clean got away and concord never even flinched....sure near gates and stations with concord flying you will eat it quick but in asteroid belts they come slower...alot slower....

Bah...From my point of view, you can attack anyone and anywhere if that pilot has a -4.9 sec/or worse rating. If you get attacked anywhere in 0.1-1.0, u have the right to defend urself. Only way u can open fire in
0.5-10 sec space is if:
1. You get attacked "first" regardless where you are at.
2. If hes got a -4.9 sec rating/or worse regardless where he is at.
In 0-0.4 sec systems, you can attack anyone in moons/belts and planets.
And of course, 0 space is free for all.
