Ok read through the patch notes thingy. All very clear except for two things I dont understand.
1. What does level 3,4,5 public scenarios mean
2. What does the whole thing about sentry guns and unprotected convoys mean.
Would be very helpful if someone could explain these points. Thankx in advance.

I'd also like to hear something reasonable about public scenarios.

1/ i dont know (could be about agents )
2/ my guess is that the sentrys dont respond if u shot at convoys (ie the 150km range)

Convoys are unprotected outside the sentry gun range. To ensure this, they always start to warp 50 km outside the sentry gun range now.

So far the only thing with levels 3,4, and 5 are agents but with lev 4 and 5 agents not ingame yet i am starting to wonder what this actually means, is it in relation to the ship logs ? or something new and mysterious please shed some light on the matter CCP

Maybe Im not understanding something. Are you saying that sentry guns will not fire on you for attacking convoys @ ranges of >= 50km? Or do you mean to say that convoys will not warp untill they are at a range of 200km, allowing for one to attack at the ranges between 150km and 200km? Please clarify.

I belive it means more pirate logs leading to harder spawn points. I've for one have observed an increase in POI's in the systems I frequent visit.

-lev 3, 4, 5 scenarios from time to time you get scenareo missions from agents, usually for me they are ither get documents from x bookmark or get people back from x bookmark wehere the x bookmark leads to a minor POI, usually 3-4 permanent cans guarded by 1-3 small rats each (2-10k).
All you have to do is kill off all the rats at one can, open it and get the report, datasheet, tourists, VIP's inside it and leg it back to base... well if you are slow in getting there you will find garbage or biomass and get half the reward but thats a different matter.
I would guess lev 3, 4, 5 scenarios would meen more difficult such missions, I for one love it as my rating with my agent of 9.4-9.5 and high quality will meen I get to get the higher level such missions and will no longer have to do junk scenareo missions but rather fun scenareo missions :)
However if you think that was unclear, please explain this change for me:
"Previously, it was possible to load an unassembled module on a ship. Now, if a ship has an unassembled module fitted to it, the module will be moved into the cargo hold. If there is insufficient space in the cargo hold and the ship is in space, the module will be jettisoned. Otherwise, the module will be destroyed. This is a bug fix."
What does it meen? Has there been a way to fit modules on a ship in space? Do I now have to actively assemble a module that I wish to try if it fits on the ship? Under what circumstances will the module be ejected into space and under wich will it be destroyed?

No, I think I know what the scenareo lev 3, 4, 5 missions meen, Im interested in what the following meens:
"Previously, it was possible to load an unassembled module on a ship. Now, if a ship has an unassembled module fitted to it, the module will be moved into the cargo hold. If there is insufficient space in the cargo hold and the ship is in space, the module will be jettisoned. Otherwise, the module will be destroyed. This is a bug fix."
