My corporation was involved in a war and we decided to close it down. Since I was the CEO I am the last person left in the corporation so when I click the resign as CEO button it tells me that doing this will close the corporation. I click ok and then it says the corporation has contracts and that they need to be finished before I can close the corp. All corp contracts are loans to members and when I click delete it says "cant do that on outstanding contracts". Does this mean that everyone has to pay back the money the owe to the corp before I can close it? Some of the people that have borrowed money have left the game and the expiration date for the contratcs was set for a thousand days.

Why did you 'lend' money for 1000 days? Isn't it easier to just give it to them...

Because we wanted the money back but we wanted everyone to be able to pay back when they fellt they could afford it, therefore we set the expiration date for 1000 days. If I had known it would be a problem if we ever wanted to close the corp I naturally wouldn't have made those contracts in the first place. Anyhow I'm still wondering if there is a solution or if I have to wait aprox. 3 years before I can close my corp.

Make an alt, make them ceo, leave with main, delete alt?

You can't delete a toon who is CEO of a corp, I tried earlier today.
