I have just purchased a t2 BPO (Explosion Dampening Aplifier II) and to my surprise it has never been used because it is still packaged! I am wondering if there is a collectors market for this sort of thing. I would be expecting a premium on top of it's regular production value or else I'll just produce it as originally planned. Please feel free to make offers here if this is of any interest.
Edit: forgot to mention what BPO it was!

And imo I don't see how a T2 BPO still being packed is better than another, if at all it's more likely to be removed due to lack of usage than to be kept as a collectors item.

It just surprised me that it is packaged since it's been what, 6 months or more since the last lottery ended? It surprised me because I can't imagine there are too many t2 bpo's still in game never used.

This BPO is worth around a billion isk for t2 BPO collector geeks. As this is the only one I am missing, I am offering 1.5 billion isk paid cash in exchange of that BPO, if it is in hi security space.

As I said in the beginning, I was wondering if there would be a premium because of the collectability factor of a t2 BPO being still packaged. I can't imagine there are too many of these exisiting in the game at this point.
Judging from the bids and offers I have received thus far, the answer to the above is "no". I'll give it a few more hours, if no collectors contact me then I'll put it into research/production as I originally planned. |
