Assens has not been on in a month, I have put a GTC on his account to sort out our corp problems, I have had a corp mate call assens, he lives on the other side of the world from me. He has had Huge real life issues and equipment problems, If you have seen him on line it has been me to sort out corp problems as he is our ceo. I have a personal email to him and tried IM. ATM his ISP was down. ALL bonds will made good as soon as he returns. I am not the ISK guy as assens our king is, but as soon as I have contact with him, I will figure all this out. Considering they had an unsecured 6.5b loan with EBANK and we had zero problems I heavily doubt Assens would scam on this one. Plus I know a considerable amount about him/her and mains etc. I wouldn't consider revealing this information for some time however as I believe the guy above saying Assens is having RL issues.
Sounds like there might be a delay, maybe even a small loss or catch up divvies required later but otherwise I think things should be fine

I have seen him logon at least a couple times in the past 2 months, including just now where my request for convo went unanswered. Is this his corp mate?
By their own admission, his corp mates have full access to the account. It has been several months with no update. Should they be obligated to settle the corp's affairs?

The following eve-mail was sent to Petter Sandstad, Oleksandr, Sophid, Assens Letta, kod, Gustaff, LORD PRIME, iron Lord and Zedar Celtson at 2008.05.17 19.41.
Assens Letta issued a bond for about 7.5b isk on Jan 4, 2008, on behalf of Hunerian Science Institute [HUNSI], a member of the Virtue of Selfishness alliance. An interest payment was received on Feb 15, but nothing since.
Kod stated on Mar 29 that Assens was having personal issues, however he had purchased a GTC and activated the Assens Letta account in order to maintain corporation business in his absence.

I humbly request that Kod, as the acting CEO of HUNSI (by his own admission), settle his corps debt and pay out the March, April and May interest payments, as due under the payment schedule detailed in the bond proposal.

No. I did not receive any reply from any of the people I eve-mailed over a month ago.
This venture is now officially 4 days late on principal repayment and all but one interest payment, with no communication from the corporation --- yet the CEO character continues to be used.
As far as I am concerned, this is a scam. This should cast doubt on all members of the HUNSI corporation, and on the VOS alliance for permitting this to go unanswered.

I also find this turn of events troubling. I wonder if Ricdic has any information on this or comments. After all he was heavily involved in the success of this issuance and, after so many continued statements of support, his silence at this point just seems odd. |

I was actually waiting for Raskor's response.
Now, when EBANK first issued HUNSI a loan we took a lot of important information and I also had confirmation from most of those he tried to contact who verified that they would act as guarantors.
I will dig into our old EBANK forums for this data. I really hope Assens or someone else shows up soon as I don't want to release this information. However as per the terms of the issuance it was advised that I could release it if a situation such as this arose.
I request we hold this out for another week in the hopes of some form of contact. If, by the 30th of June no further contact is forthcoming by members of Hunsi I will have no choice but to reveal the information that was provided to me including the name of the main character behind Assens.

As much as I'd like to tweak Ricdic (smooches) I would also like to point out that when this application was presented I did the api auditing for ebank. The activity was exactly what was present to us in the loan proposal. I'm not excusing nor rationalizing the turn of events, from my own experience I know that these things actually do happen. I'm just backing up Ric with what I do know of the situation.

Yeh as Shar said, this really did look like a rock solid corporation, all the API data checked out, all the locked prints showed a very healthy industrial operation, and a lot of members were going guarantor with their own histories. The mains were verified to be relatively high profile people in their respective organisations, and tbh it all looked like a fully functional well designed industrial operation.
I really do hope that Assens or some other spokesperson comes forward to clarify what is going on with this operation. If it was only Assens involved, then I would assume something happened in regards to RL, being busy etc. But the fact that multiple people authorised and guarantored this, and there is thus far blanket silence is very concerning.
Once I get the full list of people associated in our records I will send them all mails/conv and see if we can figure out what is going on.

Now this was the conversation in regards to the loan itself. I am fairly sure I contacted Skilo when Assens went public (or he evemailed me) to confirm that this security would follow through with the public offering. I need to chase this up, hopefully I still have the mail or logs)
They initially vouched for the loan however this was extended to the public offering.
We have a very advanced Excel Spreadsheet showing their operational data, price calculations etc. I don't really see any specific reason why this should be provided here as it's nothing but a pile of numbers, old profits, predictions etc. If people disagree I will have it put here too.
I left the screenies as I believe if people who lost money in this offering want to enact revenge they have the ability to do so.
Anyway so I had to dig up an old internal forum thread from when we were starting out (Assens was one of our first loan customers so we had a lot of conversations with them and internally trying to make sure the loan was as safe as possible). This was back when we felt a 6b default could pose a very big risk to EBANK so our security processes were incredibly detailed.
I wouldn't say we are careless with loan funds now, moreso that we don't require hours of interrogation for the smaller amounts. But that's another conversation
Hope this helps guys. Assens or anyone mentioned in here if you show up please be advised that it was expressly advised that this information would be released in the event of default/scam.
I want to clarify that Skilo vouched for Assens. Blacklight vouched for Skilo. Both were initially in regards to the loan only. I believe (but can't immediately confirm) that Skilo extended his vouching to the public operation however I don't think Blacklight did (didn't deny it, he just wasn't contacted/didn't reply).
I haven't posted the chatlogs, simply taken the data of importance to HUNS investors. However I did read them all before doing so to try and ensure this data was as accurate as possible.
This concludes my reporting on HUNSI. Its a real shame that a seemingly highly operational corporation went down this path or for whatever reason ended up at this point. I apologise for my delay in posting this data. As you can see it is all quite functional (or was) and API data showed a long term successful operation with a lot more in assets/earnings than the first loan or this subsequent bond was worth.

First of all i would like to apologise to all involved, both investors and to the market in general, i understand the implications of this mess, i was not able to be online but since i am back i would like to set things straight.
No this is not a scam, the bonds will be paid in full as the well as all corporation obligations to the investors. As it seems the Hit By a Bus (HBB) scenario did not work as well as it should (no I was not it by a busą if I had it would be hard to write, but the principle of the HBB stands, or should have)
The reasons not to be online are my own ofc, and I will not elaborate on them, the fact is that all corporate responsibilities will be upheld in the shortest term possible.
I only have one request that we are given till the end of this month in order to find a quick way to solve the issue (with the agreement of the investors).
I thank you for your patience and ask for your understanding, we will do our best not to defraud the expectations any further than they have been.

Funds that were in Ebank have been requisitoned for payment of the ammounts in question.
as soon as i have the money in my posetion plus with available funds HUNSI has atm the interests and principal will be paid.

The interests and principal up to the bond maturity have been delivered to the vast majority of the investors, only 1 investor remain. wich we will negotiate seperatly in order to assume a more easy payment.
On a second note, since the bond actually runned longer than expected, i propose that all investors hold on to their shares, and we will pay the remaining interests that would be due up to 20/09/08, meaning 3 more interest payments. I do believe this is the fair way to go at it. we just ask more time to get things rolling so we can pay up everyone.
I also apreciate the leniency that everyone has had thru this ordeal, once more i thank you all for their compreension.
