Teela Brown lost.
This discussion generally boils down to inviso-man versus fly-boy. I'm a fly-boy supporter myself. The inviso is a lie. ----- TANSTAAFL

There is no question that Haruhi has the best superpower ever.

I think we need to get you some therapy, but still Haruhi's power of recreate the universe whenever she feels like it is slightly good...but I'd settle for super speed to be quite frank. ---

But if you've read the novels, she also has quite a bit of power in the current universe... to be exact, basically modifying it to be whatever she wants

Not really much of a spoiler. Its made extremely obvious in the second novel, even if you didn't notice it already in the first (Which is almost a literal equivalent to the TV series).
Its almost a basic plot element, rather than a spoiler, since many of the plots rely on her uncanny ability to encounter extreme coincidences.

I read them there aswell - very good translators.
Though to be quite honest, best power (not super, just a power) would be Geass - total control of the subject for as long as eyecontact is held and any order must be obeyed - including turning a watered down Lacus into a genocidal conquorer.

Would someone please explain how luck is a super power? I don't get it. I consider a superpower something that you actively do or has a physical manifestation. Luck seems to be rather nebulous. And further, it has a serious downside.
For example: If I am invulnerable, the bullet can not hurt me. If I am lucky, the bullet may or may not hit me, but is more likely to miss than hit.
If I can fly, I jump off of the building and fly. If I am lucky, I jump off of the building and may or may not fall to the ground. But it is more likely that I don't fall than fall?
If luck was a superpower, then anything that I wanted to happen, would happen. That is not luck. That is being a god. No? Isn't luck just a greater likelihood that things go your way? But not a guarantee? So even the best possible luck short of godhood, still can fail, right? So is that a real super power?
Not a flame. Just a serious question. I am open to edification.
As an answer to the OP question. Telekinesis. This would allow me to fly (lifting myself/repelling the ground), give me effective invulnerability (repelling any physical damage) and effective invisibility (using the atmosphere to bend light around me).
YMMV.

Interesting though... Bugs being a Toon, he doesn't even have to pretend to obey the laws of physics.
Perhaps a rewatching of Who Framed Roger Rabbit is in order!

If you will remember, Bugs Bunny (and other Looney Toons characters) when questioned about how they don't obey the laws of physics (or gravity) have often stated "I never studied law!"

Hmm...so super power wise we might say Bugs has the ability to ignore physics and make things behave in a way he sees fit, indestructible and super luck (because anything you do to get Bugs invariably backfires on the person after him).
I wonder what would happen in a face-off between Bugs Bunny and the Road Runner. My money has to go on Bugs but still...tough call.

I don't think either could possibly win.
