Goals:
We want to have the ability to provide outsourced services which include: manufacturing/production and hauling/freight services for corporations who need to focus on their various goals they might have so more energy is redirected in advancing their goals.
We want:
Pilots who want to have a variety of opportunities, have goals for themselves, like facing challenges and like to play as a team and want to help everyone succeed along with the corporation.
GearBox Fleet Services is a service oriented corporation operating in hisec space providing support to the EVE community by providing ship, ammunition, and accessory production in limited and bulk quantities to capsulers and corporations alike. Gearbox Fleet Svcs is heavily involved in manufacturing many T1 products and sales. GearBox Fleet Svcs also needs support for in-house mining operations in support of its production services and to provide support to its employees.
GearBox Fleet Svcs is hiring for the following positions: Miners, Mission/Mining Combat & Defense, and haulers. We handpick pilots, there is no extensive application process however. All we ask is to submit your limited character API keys and must have 1.8 million skill points minimum to join.
GBFS Offers the following benefits programs for ALL members:
ALL pilots will receive a ship upgrades/replacement program when they join, pilots who are ready to advance to better/newer ships will have the opportunity to be given a new ship for free or at cost to the employees. Also corporation employees can purchase additional ships on a limited quantity for their own personal use at a discount not available to customers not for resale.
Miners: 80% take home of the collected ore after 20% skimmed off the total collected with future possibilities of shares/dividend payouts.
Haulers: These pilots will receive two different benefits depending on the job. Haulers who help haul on mining operations will receive the same benefits as miners. Haulers who help haul products and deliver them to our customers will receive 5% cut from the order total the customer pays PLUS any internal (hauling for the corp itself) hauling will be negotiated with the pilot directly for the job needing to be done.
Combat Pilots: These pilots will also receive two different benefits program similar to what haulers will get. Combat pilots who come to assist miners in quelling the gurista NPCs will be given the same rewards as mining pilots/mining haulers receive plus 100% take home of any salvage/loot. Combat pilots who participate in corpwide mission activities will receive all loot after corporation takes no more than 1-2 (10-20 units of ammunition or cap rechargers) items per pilot distributed evenly. Also combat pilots participating in escort services for haulers and courier pilots (when needed) will receive 5% of the total payout from customer orders.
All pilots/employees have advancement opportunities for the future and must show proficiency, loyalty, trustworthiness, honesty and good character at all times. At the discretion of the CEO and his trusted advisors (outside corporation) an employee could be eligible for possible higher level position within 6 months or 12 months or more provided the employee does extremely well.

Hi Trilori,
Read your post with interest. I am presently in a NPC corp and have 21 million skill points. I fly a rook recon ship which I enjoy most but also fly a manticore stealth bomber.
I have a covetor and can mine and refine ice. I'm interseted in doing missions and like to fly cover for miners or to work in a pack against pirates.
Perhaps you could email me in game and let me know your system location and other info about your corp. thanks.

We are still accepting pilots who are interested in a business-like enviornment, which means there is a time to make profit and of course there are times we can have fun and do both at the same time as well.
GBFS is hisec only, requires a pilot to be fairly close to 1.8M or higher. We'll do mining operations and hauling ops whenever anyone is available and manufacturing/Research is already done behind the scenes allowing more jobs to be created when these are complete.
Remember, pilots and employees receive GREAT benefits! I don't make promises I can't keep. We are looking for pilots and employees who like business and like having fun!
We are located in Kusomonmon VI M23 we have several offices that are designed to serve our customers mainly, however those offices are available to you in Gallente Space and in Inari as well as in Maurasi (where you can find lvl 1-2 mission agents, Kuso has lvl 3 agents for sure).
