Our bill is still there...
DEV closed the thread without helping me so i will open new threads every time. Sadly no BugHunter, GM and now DEV want to help me :(
I also wrote i made all the steps to report the bug or get a GM to remove the bill...

If you do what you say you'll be receiving a bad very soon (recreating locked threads is one of the quickest ways  ).
Actually i want to thank for a good laugh, you were fortunate enough to have a gm respond telling how to have the bill removed Here, the same gm then told you your bug report was null and went on to ask you to write another one.
You posted that Here showing clearly you did not listen to his advice so he offered to talk to you personally over irc, and you go making another thread.
By all means continue down this road but getting angry at a company because of your own inability to read/stupidity and getting yourself banned because of it, is only going to make you angrier. Vicious cycle.

Ok, you also don't see that i did all the steps he posted... i wrote 2 petitions, i wrote 2 bug reports... now i have to come into irc to get this talked again.
I could write another petition but i'm very sure (or afraid) i will get the same response as the last 2 petition.
And you also didn't read the reply from the DEV because he didn't offered to help me in IRC, he offered to explain me how they work.
Sure i know they can do good work because my bug report about carrier cloaking directly after jump and then decloaking some seconds later without knowledge of the pilot was very soon answered and the bug was fixed. So i know they can do better...
Good for you you didn't have this problem and i wish you the best to never get this problem and must do this stuff i did here.

Hello again
1. GMs are the only people that can help you.
2. In order to get a GM, you need to write a petition.
3. If you have written a petition before on this matter (which you obviously have) and you didn't get the bill to go away, then you need to write a new one.
4. I know this sounds silly, since I am now aware of this issue, but if you want to bring this to our attention and have us fix the bug (so that it doesn't happen again) then you need to create a bug report with reproduction steps and a good description so that we can reproduce it and find the cause of this issue. The reason for this is that bug reports are so important that we cannot risk having them disappear in our forum.
This is exactly what you need to do.
