Hi,
i'm wondering if someone had also problems with that...
I fittet a new Harbinger, warped to belt to test tracking agains frigs.
I was a 0.5 System (Shuria)
2 NPC and no other Capsuler there..
NPC Sansha Blood Rider (Corporation True Power) locked me...
I locked the NPC and turned on my guns...
Agression Message comes... *as a 2 year player i ignored the message* 
I hit the NPC.. 30 sec later i was death because a swarm of Concord officers killed me...
Whats wrong?
- my sec status is 3.8
- i have not shoot a Capsuler or Container
- i had no agression before...
someone had the same problem?
My petition was rejected.

NPC Sansha Blood Rider (Corporation True Power)
is not a tru NPC or computer Non-Player Charactor aka rat.
he/she was an actual player that u aggressed. in which concord blow up ur ship.
next time be more careful on what u shoot at, and check ur overview, that would have told u if it was a rat or not |

read the answer well : 'Combat assistance towards True Power'
Did you have a remote armor repairer ou shield transfer array or such module? Logistic drones? Seems like you activated something on an NPC you shouldn't have activated.
And for the rats, rats belong to a corporation that belong to a faction, true power of one of sansha's nation, no player can be in this corporation.

Problem solved...
exactly what you say...
i had a remote rep on the high slots..
i was killed by concord because i repped a NPC!!! Thx to my Great G15 Keybord 
shame on me!!

thank a player called 'the beast' for that ruel he would remote rep rats in the cosmos plexes when theywere farmable(pre trin) now the farming has stopped but we still have this shiny new rule thanx ccp
