A strategy guide that is.
But since none exists and none are being made, I've decided to make one.
I need people to write parts of it... I will edit this post as people sign up. ONLY SAY YOU WILL WRITE IF YOU ACTUALLY WILL. My email is [email protected], email me with the completed part once you're done. Make it comprehensive and easily understood by a noob.

NPC Combat and Loot (Vistilantus)
Starting off from the beginning--Ibis to Crusier: A How-To (UNCLAIMED)
Skill Training: A Complete Guide (UNCLAIMED)
Traveling, Mining, and Getting Really Really Rich in 0.0 Space (Silverlancer)
Agent Missions (UNCLAIMED)
Blueprints: Research, Manufacturing, BPCs, and Tech Two (UNCLAIMED)
EVE Etiquette: How to Make and Keep a Good Reputation(Shar Tegral)
CONCORD, Sec Status, and When You Can and Can't Shoot(Morkt Drak)
How to Pirate: A Complete Guide (UNCLAIMED)
Clones and Podding (UNCLAIMED)
Escrow: The Mystery Market (UNCLAIMED)
Equipping a Ship for Combat: NPC Fighting (UNCLAIMED)
Equipping a Ship for Combat: PvP Fighting (UNCLAIMED)
If you want to write a section (half a page to 5-10 pages depending on how complex the section is), and you are serious about it, just post here  . If you think we are missing a section, post here also  . We mainly need this because of the HUGE influx of new players coming from Earth and Beyond... their entire EVE Portal (created for EnB->EVE players) is covered with noob questions.

They do exist... in many places. But most of them have been nullified in many cases.

I'll start work on these over the weekend. Of course I hope that others, that are so inclined, will go ahead and work on these same subjects. Counterpoint is great... I might teach you something but I may very well learn something as well.

Hmmm i certainly have never written a guide but i wouldn't mind looking into the what you can and cannot shoot one (since i'd really love to find out for myself aswell).
I'll see if i'm willing to write one for that but i'm not sure if you should put it as claimed quite yet :D

CCP sucks on information books...for noobs..they have some G>A>Y lame starter one on this site but overall they suck with information. I would if I was you write on up then sell it to CCP..why give away your time for Free? arent they charging your account for the game to play?...come on people..lets think about this..and remember ..CCP is getting paid..are you..NO...just makes me feel better everytime I kill a noob..one little way of getting my emotions out about the way they handle there bz...

Silver: Don't push... The Eve Community doesn't like being pushed. Take time out to gather what you have. If it passes muster to the community other will join in. Happen's like that everytime.
To Whatever That Was: It's my time... I'll spend it the way I want to regardless of outside opinion. And I'm not just giving something away for free. Alot of people have already shared with me their thoughts and experiences making me a better player, helping me find better enjoyment of the money I'm spending.
I return, in kind, what I have gained.
Go pop a hemo roid or something.

I am covering this as part of an extensive MDW article... it also goes over a few things you haven't got on your list:
Background EVE Politics (NPC political background)
Geo-political Map (Where everything is, Sovereignity, Factions)
Player Politics and Alliances (Alliances etc)
NAVY responses to faction standings
Feel free to reference it when its finished (By early next week at latest), bear in mind it will all be IC.

Character Creation/Skills & Attributes Guide
which I keep reasonably updated...
You can use it if you want though it could do with some editing...
