Hey, couldn't find a very recent deimos fitting thread. Anybody out there with any good fittings for smaller gangs?

The setup I use works well for solo pvp and small gangs. Deals a fair amount of dps. Will hit over 600 from one Ion blaster with moderate gunnery skills and has a fair amount of Survivability.
High 5x Heavy Ion Blaster II (with Federation Navy Antimatter) (Empty Slot)
Medium Y-T8 MicroWarpdrive Warp Disruptor II Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor
Low Medium Armor Repairer II Damage Control II Energized Adaptive Nano Membrane II 2x Magnetic Field Stabilizer II
Rigs Hybrid Collision Accelerator I
Drones - For solo PvP I use Vespa EC-600s. Helps me get away from Some BCs that will kill me or that I cannot kill in time.
- For small gang PvP I use Hammerhead II. Adds about another 100 dps on top of what you have and is great for killing the odd enemy cruiser that isn't primary :p
Need AWU 3 to fit. And even then it's close.

h: 5x neutron II with navy AM/Void M m: 10MN MWD II, Web II, Disruptor II l: 1600er Tungsten Plate, 2x MagStab II, Expl. II, DC II, RCU
rig: 2x PG
Yup, a lot of slots spent on Powergrid, but it's absolutely worth it.
It's an awesome Damagedealer, and has a ton of survivability thanks to the fat plate (about 8k armor) and of course 5 Vespa EC-600 drones. Sure a bit slowish, but speed was never this important to me. Still hits about 1800m/s solo and acceleration is good enough to catch targets at a gate.
Repairers never worked really good on the Deimos, since a) your entire armor will be alpha'ed, giving little to no buffer to repair, or b) Repairing while firing will give you about 3-4 cycles, then cap is dead. That is with Neutrons and AM, don't even think about firing Void.

5 T2 neutrons (pack null and faction AM)
mwd, web and 1point warp jammer (T2 stuff here)
T2 sar (yes a SAR), T2 expl hardener, T2 suitcase, 3 T2 MFS
2 trimark rigs.
ECM drones.
good damage, and focus only on get on the guy and do the most damage as fast as possible.
the SAR is there to repair armor between engagements mostly.
also, pack nanite paste in case you need to overburn on the mwd.
oh with my skills and no implants (lvl4 HAC, surgical strike, and blaster spec) you get over 450 dps with null and over 570 dps with faction AM ---
planetary interaction idea! |
