Hi there...
Veritas Praetorian Enterpises has decided to do another lottery on a Golem Ship...
This time there will be a second prize as well. Heavy Assault Ship of winner's choice.
The lottery will be based on the UK Bonus ball (sounds familiar I know) on the next draw after all tickets have been sold.
1st prize (Golem) will be the bonus number.
2nd prize (Heavy Assault Ship) will be the bonus number + 5
The price of the ticket will be 20 mil isk which will be sent to my alt Gangsta Arin.
Golem / Heavy Assault Ship will be contracted in safe space around Jita to the winners who will be announced here after the draw.

So if the Bonus Ball happens to be say, #49 for example, and the HAC winner is the Bonus Ball +5, does that mean the purchaser of ticket #5 wins the HAC? Otherwise anyone buying tickets #1-5 have no chance of winning the HAC.
I might be asking the obvious, but it's always good to make sure.
