You'd need to ask a GM to force dock you to let you insure your ship (I hear this has been done with supercaps in the past) and hope they sent you to a station with a reprocessing plant. However, the minerals required to produce a titan only have a market value of roughly 40bn isk and the reserve is almost triple that figure.

The trade will be done as a normal POS trade, weather or not you and the seller decide to use me or rather want someone else that is up to you two to decide, the reason I stand as 3rd party is because that's the way the seller wanted it.
I will not be flying the ship at the trade, I will merely act as the 3rd party if that is wanted/needed, so there won't really be a 4th party - only a 3rd - which may or may not be me, that's for you and seller to decide  I hope that is a sufficient answer to your condition?

Don't worry. Chirbba wouldnt put his reputation on the line for 150B. He would though probably for 150T. So, I think this one is safe.
But still, he will probably never scam anyone out of anything.

Can't you dock a titan at a pos? Isn't there something like a capital hangar or something for that..

^^ err... that's for capital ships, like freighters, dn's and carriers (?)... motherships and titans can't use those (supercaps)

Yes, there's a Capital Ship Maintainance Array module you can anchor with system sovereignty. It's exactly the same as a regular Ship Maintainance Array except it has the capacity to hold assembled motherships and titans. You need the CSMA to first launch a super-capital. Unfortunately this doesn't help anyone with a trade though, as there's still no way to restrict access based on ISK, just corp roles.
