Dunno about Matari AFs though. Should be more like 1.3-1.4 of rifter mass. Otherwise they'd be lighter than Matari intys :)
Well, 1,210,000 kg (1.1 of Rifter mass) is worse then 1,125,000 kg (Claw mass) and 1,100,000 kg (Stilleto mass).
I'd settle for 1.250.000 kg for the Jaguar's mass and for 1.275.000 for the Wolf's mass though. Would make the Jaguar noticeably slower then the Rifter at MWD/AB-ing and slightly faster then a 200mm RT plate Rifter, which is, I think, quite fine.

OK then, but we're giving it +10 CPU then. Yeah, next downtime is fine for me too

Oh come on, "Zulubranko"! Why would that carnivore need CPU?! Lets give it more grid for 280s and switch its faloff bonus for jag's optimal thus creating proper T2 thrasher at last! Or should I say frigate-sized Munnin?
Its Retribution who needs CPU. And no, I dont think it necessarily needs second medslot. But it wont die with it either. But if it does, it needs even more CPU :)

Needs tracking bonus for arties, though, otherwise the Thrasher just flat out outpreforms it by a huge margin. With two midslots, it could use the Rifter's tracking bonus anyway.
Reason for more CPU: any CPU-intensive lowslot modules preety much kill it if you're fitting T2, so you're often stuck with fitting something that has no CPU requirements in the last lowslot just not to leave it empty. Fitting a Wolf is a horror comparing with, say, fitting a Jaguar.
On the other hand, it really does have tons of grid so arties are hardly a problem as it stands.
It has more slots then the Rifter and same base CPU, you see.

True. After all, you could always fit an RCU if you need more grid... if you had more CPU :)
