Where oh where can I find rats that drop these? If anyone knows I would be most grateful if you could let me know, feel free to contact me in game or post here. I have been looking for these for a while but no luck yet. Also if anyone has any that they want to part with convo me or send me an evemail.

i found them in 0.3 Sansha space ( Tash-Murkon Prime ) and i found them in 0.2 Serpentis space ( placid )

YOu will find the best ones dropped by Angel cruisers in Minmatar space, and in 0.0 areas where you can find Angels like Wilderness and Curse.

Thanks for the posts everyone. Almighy! You charge a lot for overdrives Agent, but I might contact you in game and take you up on the offer of negotiating. It seems odd that I never seem to hear anyone selling named od''s. Guess I''m one of the rare few speed freaks! I absolutely loved getting my vigil up to 18,000m/s for the first time! Course it didn''t burn for long at that speed and I couldn''t warp more than about 10 AU. Hehe.

No there are plenty of speed freaks out there thats why its hard to find named overdrives, I know mine are not for sale. I have a few different vigils setup for speed so I need all the named overdrives I find. 
Now I need more to fit an interceptor too.

i have a beta hull mod for sale , 1 m/s less than local. send me an eve mail and we can negotiate, seems like there plenty of people looking for them.

Sansha droppes both beta and type D overdrives, they don't drop locals though...
