It was me \o/ dont shoot
Exanimo Inc formed by myself and riotoverkill as co-ceo's
It was built by the hard work of over 200 people over nearly 2 years
It was destroyed by an ego maniac with 1 sentence ( if you dont like it f**k off). I think that sentence classes as a wrecking shot.
I was away from game for 72hrs due to a health issue.
I got a call from a friend of nearly 5 years - he said "want me to take ceo for a few days." Thinking he could handle a simple logistic job and a simple application to MC, I said yes. And trusting in my directors (now all mainly in vidar), I thought the corp was in good hands. Even though we where in the middle of a big move.
Was I apprehensive about joining a new alliance? Of course... (all info for this was available on the directors part of our old forum which you never read btw). When you make decisions as a ceo of 100+ man corp a big move like that is not an easy one. You need to know what the majority of the corp needs and wants. Yes, sometimes you will take a small loss in members as not everyone will always agree.
At that time Exan had 155 members, around 40 of which where alts. Now Vidar has 77 members and Exanimo has 57 members (around 20 active rest deadwood or alts). It seems people voted with their feet as you gave them no choice to vote any other way.
I did not actually take anything directly from Exanimo, though I did have a little to do with the planning of it. I did this as the guys in Vidar had been left with nothing - and are too proud a group to admit this sucked (but with teamwork we are getting through it).
Exanimo assets are NOT in Vidars or my possesion and i doubt they ever will be. But now we are all in the same boat - starting on a new road with not much of a pot to p**s in. In fact, I believe when your stuff got taken I was the only one in Vidar that knew it was going to happen.
So... yes - I hold my hands up to the eve public. I decided to exact some revenge on a few ex-directors I personally felt deserved to end up with nothing. Just like my 70+ corp m8's in VIDAR ended up with when these same directors decided what they where going to do without consulting the corp.
I ran Exan as a kind of democracy where everyone who joined the corp had a say in its running not matter how long they had been in corp - it worked for a long time, so I know it was not broken.
I apologise to the innocent pilots who got caught in the crossfire. You were never the targets.

I don't think anybody will read much past, "Yes, I'm a thief."
For the record, he was intimately involved in the theft and I have logs to prove it, including a voice recording on Ventrillo.

if you felt truely sorry for this happening.. then you would not have ever allowed it to happen in the 1st place. So for you feeling aploligetic... bah.. u can kiss my ass.
What you allowed to happen was one of the biggest disgraces I've ever been a witness to in four years of playing eve. As for the assets that were taken and the isk... thats nominal in the eyes of the remaining corp members in Exanimo. Everything can be replaced. EASILY. What you CPTBLOOD can never replace is the trust , honor .. or friendship that you so carelessly tossed away after years of playing with people whom felt that way in regards to you. And that my friend is the true crime .
As for Vladez and Kodiak DaKiller ... ur just dumb corp thieves who got used to no other purpose but to exact revenge upon another person whom blood couldn't exact the revenge on personally. Too bad you can't think for yourselves.
Exan Vs Exan . Never thought i'd see the day. Sad week for all involved.

Edited by: Frygok on 11/01/2008 04:57:52 So let me get this straight, the CEO goes on a (one of several) away from game, shows a complete lack of leadership, hands it over to someone else who takes the responsibility upon himself, and then the CEO comes back and is all emo about the decisions made? And FFS, if you were away for a whooping 72 hours, why the **** not just postpone the decision and inform MC? It can't be that hard. Sheesh.
I can't see anyone to blame except the CEO. And the mocking posts in this thread doesn't really give the best image of the newest addition to MC.
If you cared that much about your corporation, you wouldn't emo-quit ever so often and then come back being annoyed with the decisions made. And stealing from the corp, well...

And to think that I was considering joining Vidar..
In the end, you got the isk but lost many peoples respect, loyalty and friendship. Had you figured all wrong. Hope your new friends enjoy flying with you blood, just make sure to remind MC not to give you guys access to anything. Since you have no problems backstabbing people you've been flying with for a long time, I'm sure it will be even easier to next time.
Like was said before, the isk/BPO's isn't such a big deal, cheap price for getting rid of people who are of the wrong type for EXAN.

So blood backstabed you? just the same as eagie backstabed the majority of members in exanimo and as eagie backstabbed blood? place this in perspective.
honestly this comes as a surprise to me, just as it is to all of you. i had no idea this was happening until hearing about it today, and i'm a director in Vidar. This was not the actions of our corp so dont label us with this. Blood explained himself in the post above if anyone was betrayed in the first place it was him and the members in Vidar now.
considering Vidar is 77 members and majority of our alts are in alts corps, comapared to exans 57 whome still have alt heavy numbers i believe the majority of members voted with their feet as it were, as they had no other choice.
as for Vidar and exan? we as a corp have moved on. We have pooled our own personal assets in many ways to push forward and get this corp where we want it to be by teamwork and the will of our members, and none of this was achieved via exanimo assets and will never be.
all i can say is we were forced to take the path that we did, the words were eagies way or the highway so we did what the majority wished for.
all i can say is GL in your future endeavours.

well this has not crippled exan in any way. the opinion of blood is tarnished for the rest of the game, along with the 2 ****ty thiefs that are so yong and stupid they dont even know what they have done to their reps in the game. i feel that maybe there should have been a splitting of the assets that would have been fair imo. but blood decides to take it all and not share the wealth that his co ceos help build. none the less have a nice life and hope when mc is over for you you guys can find someone that will take your worthless characters that dont even deserve the mention of your names

Well im a bit lost for words...
Firstly cptblood your issues were with Eagle and directors, yet the whole of the remaining members get affected by your theft. Therefore that doesnt make it justified no matter how much you think it is, infact its just a bit down right low and childish.
The most amusing part of this whole situation is that practically none of the new Vidar members attended the corp meeting in which Eagle explained his actions and tryed to resolve the issue. He was after all acting on good intentions. Had they all joined, we proberbly could have sorted it out.
Instead its come to this.

I'm completely glad I disconnected myself from Vidar before this happened. Cptblood, Bjoern Bitta and V0rador ALL knew about this, and were fine with what amounts to corp theft...that is the Ceo and 2 of the top directors of Vidar.
Sorry to say but I've lost all my respect for you three.
To all exanimo and ex-exanimo pilots, I wish you all the best, my time with you was awesome. I hope that the current exanimo inc. members can recover easily, and to Vidar, well....enjoy your 'reclaimed possessions'.
