Im looking for a non claimed 0.0 system but the entire universe is claimeed...The question is if I have to ask anybody for pay a rental or can I put my POSes on these systems without high risk?

Not every system is claimed - if you haven't found an empty one yet keep looking. These systems are likely in the domain of another alliance, though. If you want your own area you will either need to rent or remove the holding alliance and hold your own territory.

Thing is, that as soon as you claim that system it will show up on the map and will alert the alliance in control of that constellation/region/.. That means you'll probably loose it pretty fast after that - only way would be not to claim souv and try to run it there secretely (which might (!) work)

If you put up a pos without permission and/or being part of the local alliance then whoever has Sov is bound to be ****ed off.
When people get ****ed off in 0.0 they blow stuff up. You do the math.

I don't think single corp can claim sov, correct? If you are in an alliance if you claim sov then anyone flying through the system or looking at the map will see that you have a pos. If you don't claim sov, they have to look with the directional scanner and see it.
A small tower takes very few folks to take down - if a couple dreads come in then it will go fast. You will probably want a large tower if you are using it to mine with (as I don't think you can get a good refinery on the small or mediums) and the you could defend more. At the same time, that's a bigger investment.

You can put a POS on any open moon regardless of whose system it is, unless it is in a Sov4 capital system. If the moon is worth mining, I imagine that it is already taken by those who claim the area. If it wasn't already being used, and you snatch it, they will blow up your POS almost as soon as they notice it.

If they have Sov in the system, then they have control towers in the system. When a control tower is anchored in a system, the alliances/corps that already have towers in that system all get DED mails listing the new tower and any other towers in the system. Your tower may end up being put in reinforced before you have time to anchor any modules.

Just note that most NPC 0.0 space usually also has some resident alliances so best check with them before putting down a POS.
