Blackout - These guys are pretty chill. On the D-L campaign (lol) these guys came out and killed carriers with frigates and cruisers. A+++ will siege with again
Brutally Clever Empire - These guys are basically the Justin Timberlake of EVE. Let's hope they never date Britney Spears.
Curatores Veritatis Alliance - Way to kick bullies to the curb, guys.
Dark Matter Coalition - Don't know much about them, except that they're under the protection of RA. I'm not sure what our Russian brosefs see in them, but whatev.
Enuma Elish - 111, never forget
Ethereal Dawn - Won't you guys just shoot Awox or something? Christ.
Ev0ke - D2 remnants, don't know about them.
Firmus Ixion - mmm... tears
Goonswarm - Our stance on abortion is that it should be mandatory.
Imperial Republic of the North - C'mon guys, what the hell?! You all more rolled FIX with Razor before we finished evicting BoB from Catch. Way to spoil the party. 
Interstellar Alcohol Conglomerate - A little too eager to be goony on TS, but otherwise fun-loving and chill. You guys are really lucky to have Tyrrax for a leader.
Ka-Tet - The keystone of the drone regions NAP-fest
KIA Alliance - I understand these guys have good history with Goonswarm back in the day. It was a bit before my time though. My Coercer > your Taranis though

Mercenary Coalition - One of their CEOs was invited to our TS while we were sieging BoB towers in Catch. We enjoyed a nice, homoerotic fireside chat over a bottle of shiraz. Oh, and I got DD'd by Thulsa Doom a few days ago. Some days you pitch, some days you catch.
Morsus Mihi - Nice bunch of guys from the north.
Mostly Harmless - vv
Paxton Federation - Had fun with these guys when they made a little Vietnam out of BoB's abortive offensive.

Stain Empire - These guys are like TCF in that they totally come out of nowhere and wreck things. If they had any territorial ambitions, I'm pretty sure they would have made a move by now.
Tau Ceti Federation - By far the most underrated alliance in EVE. As principal players in the RSF, they've made their presence known in ways most folks will never fully understand.
Triumvirate - the thorax does NOT suck, ok.
Ultima Ratio - :shobon:
United Legion - I saw these guys around a lot when we were sieging Feythabolis. Good guys, good times.
Venom Alliance - If only more people knew their terrible, terrible secret...
