I am Caldari and have been doing missions L1, L2 and L3 purely for Amarr Navy in the Domain area. I am now ready for L4 missions but there are no Amarr Navy L4 agents in Domain.
According to: http://www.newedenlibrary.net/eon/faction_standings.shtml
(interfaction relationships)
Ammatar Mandate gives me the highest standings. They have 2 corps: Ammatar Consulate and Ammatar Fleet. Assuming my logic so far is correct How do i know who to run missions for
to keep and maximise my standings?
Any advice will be appreciated

Hmmmm. Unless they moved him last week there's a level 4 Quality 0 Amarr Navy agent in Ebteshem.

Yes .. my mistake...
but they are Personnel agents and am trying to do Kill or Surveillance missions only

I dont mind moving away from Domain..I just want to do missions so i can keep my standings whenver possible.... so my issues is not where but for whom i do missions for...
