It's a good starter character, I will agree, but for the 1.5 bil you have listed.... Even at the 5.7 mil sp, it's a stretch because there is just too much work to make this char truly a decent miner......
EDIT: btw, thank god you have learning skills.... that alone might make it less of a hassle.... too many of these straight mining chars have little to no learning skills:-(

I think you're way overpriced - anyone can make a new char as good as this in about 6-8 weeks training time. 6-8 weeks of GTC is currently worth about 300m....
I'll offer you 1b buyout, offer stands for 24 hours.
