Hi, I tryed to login onto my one acount tonight and it keeps coming up incorect username or password, i try again still same. After several atempts i give up and try to log onto my second acount same message comes up, try again no good.
I then try to log onto forums on both acounts cant get on incorrect username or password. So i use the reset passord option and get a new one sent me, these do not work either.
Both the above acounts are on the same credit card, this acount isnt. I have checked with credit card company And both acounts are paid up for until the 13th and 27th of january. so im stuck have no idea whats going on, whether its something ive done, CCP fault, Credit card companys fault but everything seems fine there. Or my acounts have been hacked

I'm bumping this, as he's a corpie and all. Please if anyone from CCP pops in this quiet room, can you give an answer or help him

hehe thnx m8, but doubt ill get answer of GM here or even answer to my petetion i sent in on this acount for my other two acounts to be sorted. Probaly say i have to petetion on the acount i have problems with, without even beeing able to log on to my acounts to create petetions

Nope acounts havnt been banned as far as i can tell, had no emails saying this, anyways still no reply to my petetion thanks CCP for your awesome customer service Maybe they might do summat when the money stops going to them when the first acount expires on the 13th. Seems all CCP care about is money these days.
Wish it was still like it was when i first joined game atleast you would get a answer from your petetion, especially seeing as my acounts may be hacked it not like it a reimbursement petetion. Account petetions to do with passwords and not beeing able to play game you payed for should be more of a priority than reimburseing ships due to lag
TBH i dont think CCP even look at petetions no more. And they sure as hell need to sort out there costomer service's because at the moment they are pure ****
