Is there a way to recall shares from people that no longer are any use to a corp? Some ex-members have deceased and the char no longer is used, but has many shares.

As long as you have an Active CEO, you can create more shares.
You cant recall shares.

create more shares... that would be nice, however the reason behind taking the shares back was to give them to playing members. so when we hand out isk to members, non members dont get any isk.

Create another corp and give out shares from it. Use that corp for paying the dividends.
