Quote: Not really, but got your attention.
This is to give notice to all Market Forum griefers that the prices of interceptors is about to rise due to the extreme scarcity of certain components. So stop your whinings and you "But I got my Taranis for an apple core on a piece of string so why should I pay you eight mil for a ship" posts because, truthfully, us ship manufacturers don't really care.
Live with it.
Maybe Im a fool, I do actually care. If you want a happy client base you try keep your prices down. To be able to keep your prices down you have to work for it, you cant just expect construction components to respawn in casket's right outside the station you produce the ships.
It takes work and effort to aquire what you need for the production but that doesnt warrant grief the market. I dont know how much components and what kind the Claw require to build, but it cant be all that different from the Stiletto that we are building. We did forsee a price rise on components and did from the start set a price on our ships that some says is high (7 mill), but our buyers so far doesnt seem to mind. Heck some even buy a 2nd ship for backup.
You need buy orders on the market + check region wide markets daily (several times) for sell orders that you can live with. It doesnt hurt to do agent missions or/and have members in your corp do agent missions as well. If you are not able to do all these things maybe you are better off just sell your blueprint to someone who can make something out of it.
There will probably come a point where we will end the production line and await and see what happens to the construction components market, because we dont want to find ourself investing in components in extreme prices and not be able to sell our end product.

Shrug .. other people will get the BP's eventually.. hopefully some that aren't a jackass. So nothing to really worry about here..
The more blueprints the more drained up the component market will be though, and prices will skyrocket on components At that point its better not to build any at all imho.
Would be nice if ccp did release bp's for components, because at this rate doing agent missions is about the most well paid job you can do in EVE. An good agent giving you a handout of components might make the missions pay a few millions extra.

Quote: i'll stick with my rifter until they sink below 5mil.
Which will happen... heh.
I would guess once CCP release bp's for components, the price of the interceptors would plump down and then flat out a little bellow 2 million ISk. But until those blueprints is released I guess you will stick with your rifter ;-)

Quote: CCP can allways increase T2 component drops when they introduce more T2 ships, remember.
So agent missions can get even more lucrative you mean? ;-) Hopefully all these new players in EVE start do agent missions and ccp start swing the nerf bat again, or release those damn component bp's ;-)
