how does one click on upgrade clone if its outside the medical bay window?

Reset window positions and/or clear the cache and it should fix that up for you.

There's a patch coming up that should fix issues like this. Other than the clearing cache though I don't have any suggestions.

If those didn't work then you could try updating your video drivers and/or changing the resolution. That might get the buttons to render where the program is expecting the click to be.
Further, you could try clicking randomly and see if you can find where the program thinks the buttons are if they are not where they appear to be.

Well the further and further I get away from 900k the more I wish to upgrade my clone, is there no way around this?

I had same problem but corrected by changing screen resolution from 800x600 to 1024x768.

Man, that would bite, not being able to update clone.

I've tried to change the resolution a few times and it never seemed to work, but for some reason it worked this time and now I can upgrade thank you.
