Are npc pirates able to use any weapon they want now? cause I am picking up all kinds of different kinds of weapons and equipment from mercs and the like. and Guristas droping energy stuff? and projectile? are they trading weapons?

Yea no kidding I'm tempted to join just to get one.
Actually I have a better idea. I'll pay good ISK for a sig.

When i did my first L3 combat agent mission i went to the spot where i had to kill : 1 8k Thief 2 augorors 35k . I warped in with my tristan about 40km away from em,they started using beams at me,eating my armor until i got away . So i went back,got my THorax and warped in at 40km again . GUESS WHAT,they used missiles now,and started using beams only at 30km and below . Anyway this was a very weird experience,anyone had anything similar like this ?
