i got Caldari Frigates to 4 so no elite level 5 frigs. but what should i out fit and how for the best bloody caldari frig war? just 1 v 1

well, most frigs will fit for close up damage. you might be able to kite them in a humble condor.

fit a few guns and a injector to run your ewar and you cant be touched (provided you have half decent ecm skills)

<3 the Griffin. Paperthin and weak DPS, but it doesn't matter when you keep your enemy completely locked down and jammed. Just gnaw away at their tank and see them helplessly succumb to the meager DPS. I know, it sounds negative, but the Griffin really is an awesome 1v1 ship if you know what you are up against. If you are unsure, fit 2 Multis instead of 1 racial. In that case you can at least activate both to be sure to jam. Multis use a crapload of cap though, so you can only permarun two of them.
