i was wondering
in empire space you need 8+ standing for getting a jump clone
but how about getting a jump clone in 0.0?
what standing is needed ?

You need the same but it applies to the corp that owns the station

There's a way to get around the standing requirements in empire in order to have a JC there.
First, have a med clone in empire, then fly to 0.0 and at the station of your choice purchase a JC. Undock in your pod and self destruct and ressurect in Empire. JC to 0.0 and poof, you have a JC in empire.
There's some nuances to this method, but there it is in a nutshell.

For example, to encourage traffic and trading at their Tortuga Station outpost in EC-P8R (0.0 Pure Blind one jump from highsec - Torrinos in Lonetrek), ev0ke allows anyone to purchase jump clones there for only 100k isk.
I'm not aware of any similar deals in other regions though. ~~~~~~~~~~ The possibility of successfully navigating an asteroid field is approximately 3,720 to 1.

EC-P8R also tends to be one of the most dangerous systems around. If you're intending on going in to get a JC, make sure you're prepared as the Torrinos gate is often camped and bubbled. I've used this station a number of times for JC setup, but it's risky. If you're getting one JC, you might as well train a couple more levels on infomorph and get a few while you're there - set your medical clone back in Torrinos, in case you get popped on the way out.

You can have multiple JCs in the same station, but you have to fly them all there from elsewhere. I don't believe you can purchase a new JC at a station where you already have one. That's a problem I encountered last week in Domain, but I don't know if the Empire rules are the same as 0.0 in this regard.

If you can fly one, stick a mwd on a covops and go to EC when it's quiet.

Sorry, should have explained this better - if you get there and find the gate isn't camped and you have reasonable access back and forward to Torrinos,. You do this: 1) you create a JC, 2) fly back to Torrinos 3) immediately jump back to EC-P8R into your newly created JC. 4) create another JC (you can do this now, as the JC you had there is now your active body). 5) fly back to high sec (doesn't have to be Torrinos) 6) wait 24 hours, 7) jump to EC-P8R 8) create another JC
You can jump to EC-P8R as many times as you like - waiting 24 hours each time (up to your level of Informorph Psych). When you jump back to EC-P8R each time ensure that you set your medical clone to Torrinos (or somewhere else in high-sec). You only need the bubble to be clear for the initial day. Once you're in a new jump clone, you have no implants, so it doesn't matter if you get podded on the way out - your new JC is transported to your med clone..
The point is to make as many JCs as you need BEFORE flying the LAST one out of EC-P8R.
DO NOT FORGET TO UPDATE YOUR MEDICAL CLONE BEFORE TRYING THIS AND EACH TIME YOU'RE PODDED!!
Cheers Falka
